Weight Loss

I'm pleased to announce that I (Ross) have now lost over 100 pounds! I've been working on it for a while now. I still have a lot of weight to lose, at least 50 more pounds and maybe as much as 100 more pounds. I'll know better as I get down there.

How did I do it? Diet and exercise. It's simple! But not easy.
